ZFeng 900 Series 45Kw-T-P General Vector Variable Frequency Drive

The frequency converter is mainly composed of rectification (converting AC power to DC power), filtering, inversion (converting DC power back to AC power), braking unit, driving unit, detection unit, and microprocessor unit. Its core working principle relies on the internal IGBT (Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor) to dynamically adjust the voltage and frequency of the output power supply. In this way, the frequency converter can provide the appropriate power supply voltage according to the actual needs of the motor, thereby achieving energy-saving, speed regulation and other purposes.

 

 

Working Principle

  • Rectification: Convert input alternating current into direct current.
  • Filtering: Smooth the rectified DC power to reduce voltage fluctuations.
  • Inverter: Convert direct current into alternating current with adjustable frequency and voltage, and supply it to the electric motor.
