ACI Constant Pressure Water Supply Pump Dedicated Frequency Converter

 

The constant pressure water supply dedicated frequency converter is a frequency conversion speed control device designed specifically for constant pressure water supply systems. By adjusting the speed of the water pump motor, it achieves a constant water supply pressure and meets the water demand under different working conditions

 

The dedicated frequency converter for constant pressure water supply monitors the pressure of the pipeline network in real time through pressure sensors, converts the pressure signal into an electrical signal, and feeds it back to the frequency converter. The frequency converter automatically adjusts the output frequency and controls the speed of the water pump motor based on the deviation between the set pressure and the actual pressure. When the water consumption increases, the pressure in the pipeline decreases, the frequency converter increases the output frequency, the pump speed increases, and the water supply increases; When the water consumption decreases, the pressure in the pipeline increases, the frequency converter reduces the output frequency, the pump speed slows down, and the water supply decreases, thereby maintaining a constant water supply pressure.
