ZF-BP Series IGBT High Voltage Variable Frequency Drive

 

The IGBT high-voltage drive developed by our company is a high-voltage variable frequency speed control device that uses insulated gate bipolar transistors (IGBT) as the core power device. Working Principle

  • Rectification process: Convert the input three-phase high-voltage AC power into DC power through a rectification circuit.
  • Inverter stage: Utilizing the high-frequency switching characteristics of IGBT, the DC power is inverted into three-phase AC power with adjustable frequency and voltage, driving the high-voltage motor.
  • Control link: Through digital controllers such as DSP or FPGA, precise control of IGBT is achieved, adjusting output frequency and voltage to meet motor speed regulation requirements.
