Technical Principles and Structural Characteristics

• Working principle: The water-cooled high-voltage inverter is based on IGBT power unit series multilevel technology. Through vector control and SPWM control technology, it converts fixed frequency and voltage AC power into adjustable frequency and voltage electrical energy, achieving precise speed regulation of high-voltage motors. The core cooling system adopts water cooling method, which efficiently exports the heat generated by power devices through circulating cooling medium (such as pure water and antifreeze) to ensure stable operation of the equipment.
• Structural composition
  1. Power unit cabinet: includes power units (including HV-IGBT), current sensors, water cooling pipelines, etc. It achieves variable frequency speed regulation and unit automatic bypass function by controlling HV-IGBT.
  2. Water cooling system: including main circulation pump, filter, circulation pipeline, air radiator, etc. The cooling medium flows through the power unit driven by the circulation pump, transferring heat to the radiator and dissipating it.
