DLT-QG Series Vector control Ball Mill Dedicated Drive Variable Frequency Drive

 

Vector control type ball mill dedicated frequency converter is a high-performance frequency converter designed for the load characteristics of ball mills. It adopts vector control technology and achieves efficient and stable operation by accurately controlling the motor flux and torque.

 

 

FEATURES

  • Vector control technology
    Equivalent three-phase AC power to two-phase DC power through coordinate transformation, achieving independent control of motor flux and torque, with fast dynamic response and high speed regulation accuracy, especially suitable for low-speed heavy load conditions.
  • High torque output
    At low speeds (such as below 10Hz), it can still maintain a rated torque output of 150% -180%, meeting the requirements for full ball mill start-up and heavy-duty operation.
  • Optimize starting performance
    Adopting a special starting mode (such as S-curve acceleration and deceleration) to shorten the start stop time (up to 10 seconds) and reduce the impact on machinery and the power grid.
  • Multi speed operation
    Supports multi-stage speed settings (such as 3-32 stages), allowing for flexible adjustment of ball mill speed according to process requirements and optimization of grinding efficiency.
  • Intelligent protection function
    Integrate overload, overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, overheating and other protections to extend equipment life and reduce failure rates
