ACI DLT Series Air Compressors Dedicated Energy-Saving Cabinet

The dedicated energy-saving cabinet for air compressors is an energy-saving control device designed for air compressor systems. By optimizing motor operation and gas supply pressure control, it significantly reduces the electrical energy consumption of air compressors

I. Working Principle
Air compressor motors operate in alternating "loaded" and "unloaded" states. When the air pressure reaches the upper limit, the motor enters an unloaded state, wasting electricity. The energy-saving cabinet uses a pressure sensor to monitor air pressure in real time, transmitting data to a central processing unit (CPU). The CPU compares the set value with the real-time value and sends instructions to the frequency converter to adjust the motor speed, stabilizing the air supply pressure within the target range and eliminating energy waste during unloaded operation.

II. Technical Features

  1. Intelligent Constant Pressure Control
    Transforms upper/lower pressure limit control into constant pressure control, ensuring output power precisely matches demand. This reduces high-energy losses in overpressure zones and avoids inefficient unloaded or idling states, achieving energy savings of 10%–30%.
