The Constant Pressure Water Supply Energy-Saving Cabinet is a dedicated energy-efficient control device designed for water supply systems. It intelligently adjusts the operating status of water pumps to achieve constant pressure water supply and energy conservation. 

I. Working Principle

  1. Pressure Monitoring and Regulation

The controller automatically adjusts the output frequency of the frequency converter based on the deviation between the set pressure value and the actual pressure value, thereby controlling the pump speed to maintain constant pipeline pressure.

    The system can control multiple water pumps (e.g., 3 main pumps + 1 small pump) and automatically switch pump operation modes according to water demand.
